Hill Country Wagyu was established on our family ranch in 2020 when we purchased our first wagyu bull. The ranch was founded in 1856 and has been operated by our family for 5 generations. Our herds freely graze on thousands of acres in Kerrville, Texas.

Hill Country Wagyu consists of 100% full-blood bulls with lineages from Japan bringing proven genetics geared towards marbling and tenderness. We cross wagyu bulls with black and red angus cows whose genetics come from superb registered angus sires. This beef combination boasts exceptional tenderness and flavor.
